Our services include microbial and lead paint assessments and removal, and asbestos management testing & planning. We train property management companies, health departments, and builders in construction science, moisture control, and indoor air quality issues. Farsight Management has been in business for over 20 years and is a leader in our industry for promoting professional education programs and competence for services.
Bob has been in the environmental consulting business for over three decades. He started Farsight Management in 2000 which specializes in Indoor Air Quality issues. Bob is an Industrial Hygienist and is committed to continuing education for both himself and his staff (He often says “If you want to be the smartest person in the room, you have to read every day and go to professional conferences).” Bob has completed over 8,000 home inspections for mold growth and is the current President of the Indoor Air Quality Association for NE Ohio. He is also a Licensed Lead Paint Risk Assessor and works with abatement contractors and homeowners to address State of Ohio requirements for lead paint.
Chris has two decades of experience in Environmental Consulting. He is a Council - Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor by the American Indoor Air Quality Council and the Indoor Air Quality Association, Certified Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying Technician through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Mr. Harris is also licensed by the State of Ohio as an Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist, an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and a Lead-Paint Abatement Contractor.

Mr. Martinez has been with Farsight Management, Inc since 2019. After serving over a year in the field, he has transitioned to the Office Manager. With his strong customer service background and attention to detail, he strives to ensure a confident and professional business environment that communicates security and consistency to all clients.
